General Question

After you submit the registration form, instructions to activate your account will be sent to your registered email. Try checking your junk/spam folder if the email does not show in the inbox folder. You can also contact as at support@next2skin.in

You can change your shipping address when you are checking out your order. By default, your last used shipping address will be displayed but you can change it to a new one.

To track your order, log into your account and go to Order History. There you can find the status of your checkout history. For orders via registered post, a tracking number will be provided after receipt from Track-on or DTDC.

All orders are sent by post via Track-on or DTDC.

After payment verification, it takes 5 to 10 working days depending on the volume of orders received to ship within India. You can contact us if there is any delay in receiving your order.

We attach utmost importance to customer satisfaction. If there is a damaged or lost delivery, we make sure to look into the issue thoroughly.

  1. In the case of receiving damaged samples, we request you to send a photo proof of the affected samples and yourD.O (Delivery Order) to allow us to investigate and review before a final decision is made to re-send the order at no cost, subject to availability. Please make sure to not throw away the productbefore taking photo proof and emailing it to us at support@next2skin.in
  2. In the event of lost delivery, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the above categories.

Log into your account and go to Shopping Cart. You can make payment or cancel your order.

Note: We cannot give any refund once the payment is verified.

The flat-rate handling fee which covers the delivery, material, labour and logistics cost on order below Rs. 500/- is Rs. 50/-

We accept all major Credit cards, Debit cards and wallets through PayUMoney.

PayUMoney is the easiest way to make payments online. It’s fast, easy, and secure. While checking out your order, after you are redirected to the PayUMoney website, fill in your details. A payment advice will be automatically generated by Next2SKin.in after you pay using PayUMoney.

Yes! You can. It is a common misunderstanding that you need a PayUMoney account to make payments through PayUMoney. If you don’t have a PayUMoneyaccount, all you need is PayUMoneysupported Debit/Credit card.

Please do not throw away any Product that falls under the below categories before taking photo proof and emailing the photo and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at support@next2skin.in

1. In the event that the product you’ve received is unsatisfactory(incorrect size or color), we will require photo proof of the sample and your D.O (Delivery Order). You may also be required to send back the product to us for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a product to you at no cost, subject to availability. Once we receive the returned product, we will credit the postage cost to your account or we will replace the product.

2. In the event that you’ve received the wrong sample, we will require photo proof of the wrong sample sent and D.O (Delivery Order) and after close inspection and review we’ll re-send the correct sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.

3. In the event you’ve received your order with a missingproduct, please email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) atsupport@next2skin.in and after which, kindly give us a call at (+91) 7087552155 and our customer service officer will attend to you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
